Whether you're returning an item due to an error, warranty issues, or other reasons, our guidelines are designed to help you navigate the process efficiently. GLSCO Return Policy Overview

  • Returns and exchanges are only eligible for standard inventory items.  Specialty items, custom items, and discontinued sales items are not eligible for returns. Returns can be initiated from the order in the customer portal or the Contact Us form.  After the return request is initiated you will receive an email confirmation of your request, and a GLSCO representative will reach out to complete the return processes.

Return Authorization

  • Returns require prior written approval via a Material Return Authorization (MRA)
  • MRA requests must include:
    • Reason for return
    • Invoice, order, and/or purchase order reference numbers
  • Unauthorized shipments will be refused
  • Specialty items, custom items, and discontinued sales items are not eligible for returns

Return Conditions

  • Undamaged returns must:
    • Be in original factory packaging and resale condition
    • Excludes made-to-order, obsolete, or discontinued items
    • If applicable, returned items must be shipped prepaid (freight collect shipments will be refused)

Credit and Fees

  • Returns due to GLSCO error: Full credit plus return freight, no restocking fee
  • Customer errors:
    • Must notify GLSCO within 30 days of receiving the products
    • Subject to a 30% restocking fee for resalable items
    • Minimum return value: $200
  • Non-warranty defective items: Not eligible for credit

Special Scenarios

  • Warranty Claims:Follow manufacturer’s warranty terms for repair or replacement
  • Transit Damage: Document damage at delivery and notify GLSCO immediately
  • Cancellations:Warehouse orders canceled post-shipping/delivery status incur a 30% fee; made-to-order items cannot be canceled

Key Requirements

  • Return requests must adhere to GLSCO’s guidelines:
    • Include MRA number with shipments
    • Match item details (e.g., serial numbers) on the original invoice
  • MRA expires after 30 days if goods are not returned
