Order Terms

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Great Lakes Supply Company (GLSCO), you agree to be bound by these Order Terms and all other applicable terms, including our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Use. Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Acceptance & Processing

An electronic order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. GLSCO reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time, for any reason, including for issues related to product availability, credit verification, or inaccuracies in pricing or product details. Orders are processed during business hours and are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Payment Terms

We offer several payment options for our customers, including:

  • NET Terms (available to approved customers)
  • COD (Cash on Delivery)
  • Prepay
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, corporate cards, and debit cards)

For credit card payments, a 3% fee of the invoiced amount will apply. All payments must be made in full before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon. Special order/custom items or pre-payment terms may have different invoicing schedules.

If you have any disputes with charges, we will review the situation individually. If the dispute is deemed invalid, refunds or chargebacks will not be issued.


Order Invoicing

Orders will be invoiced after products are delivered or shipped. The invoice will reflect the final amount, including any additional charges such as delivery fees, taxes, or other applicable fees. If the invoiced amount differs from the order total, we will contact you for approval before finalizing the delivery or shipment.


Sales Tax

We collect state and local sales tax in several states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, New York, and others. The sales tax amount is calculated at checkout, but may differ from the final invoiced amount based on local tax variations.


Delivery and Shipping

Orders are subject to product availability and will be processed according to our shipping policies. We offer flexible delivery options, including curbside delivery and in-unit delivery with unboxing services. Delivery and shipping times depend on product availability and credit verification. Order Delays

If there is a delay in your order due to backordering or other reasons, we will notify you via phone or email. You will have the option to:

  • Wait for backordered items
  • Select a substitute item
  • Cancel your order


Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Return Policy for guidelines on acceptable returns, conditions, and the process for returning merchandise. All returns are subject to review and approval by GLSCO.


Modifications and Changes

GLSCO reserves the right to modify or update these Order Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on the website, and any new orders placed will be subject to the most current version of the Order Terms.
